These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eirwe application, related AI coaching features, user-generated content features, recharge and in-app purchase features, moderation tools, and associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Eirwe, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the applicable end user license terms, including Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement where applicable: Apple's Standard EULA .
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Eirwe is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.
Subject to these Terms and the applicable EULA, Eirwe grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial use.

Billing and refund requests for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple under Apple's purchase terms and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
The Service, excluding your User Content, is owned by Eirwe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Eirwe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, review, and process that content as needed to operate, secure, and enforce the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, the EULA, applicable law, or platform safety requirements, or if your behavior presents risk to users, the Service, or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eirwe and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or use arising from or related to the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Eirwe Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory privacy law, mandatory law will control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted or otherwise communicated. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
